Halloween Wreath

So I wanted something “Fall-ish” for my front door but I didn’t want to be too cheesy but in the same breath, I wanted it to be HALLOWEEN-ish because I love this time of year!! So, I started with a twig wreath I picked up at a garage sale for 50 cents and spray painted it lime green. (Thanks to Lowe’s and the Project starter coupon, I was able to pick up a few cans of spray paint for a couple of bucks!!)

As it was drying I worked on cutting a shape from the Silhouette store. I found this Happy Halloween graphic for only 50 cents so I had to pick it up! I cut it out using my Silhouette Cameo on black vinyl.

Then I applied the cut out to a little sign I picked up at Hobby Lobby in the Thanksgiving decor for 50% off. (Maybe I should change the name of this post to 50/50!) I like the sign because I feel like I could peel the vinyl off and change the wording for any event!!

I had some burlap “ribbon” that I rolled into these pretty flowers. I like to roll my flowers and sew them as I go.

Then I just put it all together! A little hot glue, and burlap to hang and now, my front door is ready for FALL!!!!
